分析了变频牵引电机绞线对经热老化、电老化及电热联合老化后的3条介损-电压曲线(tanδ-U曲线),与其在高温下的tanδ-U曲线进行对比,并比较了绞线对在不同老化程度下的tanδ-U曲线.结果表明:绞线对经热老化及电热联合老化后测得的第1条tanδ-U曲线的转折点对应的电压明显比后2条tanδ-U曲线的高;经验证该转折电压为绞线对的局部放电起始放电电压(PDIV);随着老化程度的加深,测得的第1条tanδ-U曲线的转折点电压增大.
分析瞭變頻牽引電機絞線對經熱老化、電老化及電熱聯閤老化後的3條介損-電壓麯線(tanδ-U麯線),與其在高溫下的tanδ-U麯線進行對比,併比較瞭絞線對在不同老化程度下的tanδ-U麯線.結果錶明:絞線對經熱老化及電熱聯閤老化後測得的第1條tanδ-U麯線的轉摺點對應的電壓明顯比後2條tanδ-U麯線的高;經驗證該轉摺電壓為絞線對的跼部放電起始放電電壓(PDIV);隨著老化程度的加深,測得的第1條tanδ-U麯線的轉摺點電壓增大.

Three dielectric loss-voltage(tanδ-U) curves of inverter-fed traction motor twisted pair after expe-riencing thermal aging, electrical aging and electrical-thermal aging were tested separately; and then com-pared with the tanδ-U curve tested under high temperature. The tanδ-U curves of the twisted pair under different aging degrees were also tested. The results show that the corresponding voltage of turning point in the first tanδ-U curve is obvious larger than that of the latter two tanδ-U curves of the twisted pairs after thermal aging and electrical-thermal aging. It is verified that the corresponding voltage of turning point is the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV) of the twisted pair. With the deepening of the ag-ing degree, the corresponding voltage of turning point in the first tanδ-U curve increases.
