目的探讨EZH2和上皮型钙粘蛋白(E-cad)在子宫内膜腺癌(EA)中的表达及意义.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测正常子宫内膜20例,子宫内膜单纯性增生20例,不典型增生33例和EA63例中EZH2和E-cad蛋白的表达.结果 EA中EZH2和E-cad的阳性表达率分别为82.5%(52/63)和28.6%(18/63),EZH2明显高于正常和各型增生内膜;而E-cad则明显低于正常子宫内膜(P均<0.05);EA中EZH2和E-cad的表达与临床分期、组织学分级和肌层浸润程度均有关,且两者表达呈负相关(rs=-0.474,P=0.000).结论 EZH2和E-cad的异常表达与EA的发生、发展密切相关.

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of EZH 2 and E-cadherin(E-cad) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue .Methods The expression levels of EZH2 and E-cad protein in endometrial adeno-carcinomas(n=63),endometrial atypical hyperplasia (n=33),endometrial hyperplasia(n=20) and normal endometri-um(n=20) were examined by immunohistochemistry .Results The positive expression rates of EZH2 and E-cad protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma were 82.5%(52/63),28.6%(18/63),The positive expression rate of EZH2 in the en-dometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium and endometrialhyperplasia ,while that of the E-cad in the adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the normal endometrium (P<0.05).The positive expression of EZH2 and E-cad was related to histological grade ,FIGO stage and depth of invasion(P<0.05). The expression of EZH2 protein was negatively related to that of E-cad (rs=-0.474,P=0.000).Conclusion The abnormal expression of EZH2 and E-cad protein is associated with the pathogenesis and progression of endometrioid ade-nocarcinoma.
