目的探讨MTDH基因表达及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)表达与子宫内膜癌(EC)临床病理的关系及意义.方法用免疫组化PV-9000两步法检测50例子宫内膜腺癌、30例子宫内膜增生症和30例正常子宫内膜组织中异黏蛋白(MTDH)及VEGF-C的表达情况.结果 EC中MTDH表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织及子宫内膜增生症组织,MTDH的表达与EC手术、病理分期、肌层浸润程度、宫颈侵犯和淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05);与患者年龄无关(P>0.05).在子宫内膜癌中MTDH与VEGF-C表达呈正相关关系.结论 EC中MTDH过表达提示患者预后差,同时作为血管发生的重要调控因子与VEGF协同参与EC的生长、转移和扩散,联合检测将作为EC转移潜能和预后的指标.

Objective To investigate the relationship between MTDH and VEGF-C expression and clinical pathology of Uterine Endometrial Carcinoma(EC).Methods Immunohistoehemical method were used to detect the expression of MTDH and VEGF -C in 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues ,30 cases of simple complex atypical endothelial hyperplasia (SCAH),30 cases of nomal endomedium . Results MTDH expression of the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in the SCAH and nomal endomedi -um tissues and its over expression was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF -C,histological grade,TNM stage and lymph node me-tastasis in EC(P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of MTDH in EC suggests poor prognosis ,which may be acted as an important regula-tory factor of angiogenesis involving in cancer growth ,metastasis and proliferation in coordination with VEGF-C.Joint detection of them can be used as a EC potential metastatic and prognostic factor .
