目的探讨近日节律对小鼠腹腔注射七氟烷镇痛作用的影响.方法昆明种小鼠60只,雌雄各半,按随机区组设计分为6组(n=10),实验时间8:00~8:00,分为6个时段:分别于8:00~12:00,l2:00~16:00,16:00~20:00,20:00~24:00,24:00~4:00,4:00~8:00进行实验,小鼠腹腔注射七氟烷,用热辐射甩尾实验观察小鼠给药后热辐射从照射开始到甩尾反应的潜伏期(TFL)作为痛阈的变化,测定并计算各时间段七氟烷的镇痛作用时间.结果在各个时间段小鼠腹腔注射七氟烷能延长TFL(P<0.05),12:00~16:00时段TFL最长,20:00~24:00时段TFL最短.结论在本实验条件下,小鼠腹腔注射七氟烷可产生镇痛作用,近日节律对小鼠腹腔注射七氟烷镇痛作用时间有明显影响,表现为12:00~16:00时段七氟烷镇痛作用时间最长,20:00~24:00时段七氟烷镇痛作用时间最短.

Objective To investigate the effect of circadian rhythm on analgesis by intraperitoneal injection of sevoflurance(Sev) in mice.Methods Sixty mice(30 male,30 female) were randomly divided into six groups.Each group had ten mice.The experimental time,divided into six periods,was from 8:00am to 8:00am of the next day.Each period was 8:00~12:00,12:00~16:00,16:00~20:00,20:00~24:00,24:00~4:00,4:00~8:00.After intraperito-neal injection of sev,the changes of tail flick latency(TFL)were observed by the tail-flick test using radiant heat as inde-xes on changes of the threshold of pain,then computed analgestic time of Sev in each period .Results Intraperitoneal in-jection of sev prolonged TFL(P<0.05,P<0.01) in each period,the longest duration of analgestic time by intraperito-neal injection of sev was at 12:00~16:00 and the shortest duration was at 20:00~24:00.Conclusion There is anal-gestic effect by means of intraperitoneal injection of sev in mice .The circadian rhythm can affect analgestic time of Sev , which shows that the duration of analgestic time is longest at 12:00~16:00 and the shortest at 20:00~24:00.
