为更全面、合理地描述频段占用情况,在分析现有频段占用参数应用局限性的基础上,提出一种无线电频段占用质量评估算法.提出频段占用散度概念,构建频段占用散度计算模型,并利用仿真方法及工作实践对其进行验证.仿真结果表明:该评估算法能较好地反映出监测频段频谱占用情况以及信号分布状况,可用于寻找频段空闲窗口,辅助用频筹划及频率分配.

@@@@In order to describe the occupancy status of frequency band more comprehensive and reasonable, an algorithm for radio frequency band occupancy quality evaluation is put forwards on the basis of analyzing the applying limit of the existing frequency band occupancy parameter. The paper gives a concept of frequency band occupancy divergence, and constructs the computing model for it. Simulation method and monitoring practice are used to validate the algorithm. The result shows that the new algorithm is able to evaluate frequency band occupancy quality and signal distributing status. It can help find the window without spectrum occurring, and provide service to frequency assignment and plan.
