Starting from the research summary of the circulation of fresh aquatic product in China, the paper found that the innovation pattern of fresh aquatic product circulation had not been attached great importance and effective solution by the theorists. Therefore, the paper proposed a new pattern of fresh aquatic product circulation based on online purchasing, dissected its formation mechanism and analyzed its mode concretely. Finally, combing with cases, the author discussed the implementation and the corresponding policies of the above new pattern.
