物流业作为一个新兴的服务行业已经成为链接关联企业和关联部门的重要纽带,物流成本的高低直接影响到企业利润水平的高低和竞争力的强弱.目前对物流成本管理的研究不再以节点或者单个企业为中心,而是从供应链全局出发,寻求供应链整体物流成本的最优.文中从我国物流企业成本控制现状出发,通过对存在问题的分析,以期找到解决问题的方法,为企业提供参考.

The logistics industry as an emerging service industry has already become a key link between the associated enterprises and related departments. Logistics cost directly affects the profit level and competitive strength of enterprises. At present the research on logistics cost management does not focus on node and single enterprise only but the whole supply chain in order to find the optimal logistics cost. This paper provides references for enterprises from China present situation of logistics cost controlled, analyzes the existing problems and finds solutions to the problems.
