Linux has the advantages of open source, high efficiency and cuttable capability, and has a wide application in the development of embedded systems. The paper describes the embedded Linux operating system, transplant of target platform SBC2410 and directory structure of Linux kernel source code. And the paper analyzes the implementation process of Linux transplant into SBC2410 platform, introduces the Linux kernel, u-boot cut and compiler as well as the production process of root file system in detail, and finally describes the successful transplant of embedded Linux system into SBC2410 platform.
