基于胆甾相液晶螺距及折射率随温度与电场变化的特性,研究了温度与电场对液晶染料可调谐激光器发射特性的影响.首先探讨了手性剂浓度、温度与液晶螺距的关系,制作了液晶染料可调谐激光器,在温度23—35?C变化时,其发射波长调谐范围为618.90—594.76 nm,达到24.14 nm,在电压0—9 V变化时,其发射波长调谐范围为617.40—608.11 nm,共9.29 nm.
基于膽甾相液晶螺距及摺射率隨溫度與電場變化的特性,研究瞭溫度與電場對液晶染料可調諧激光器髮射特性的影響.首先探討瞭手性劑濃度、溫度與液晶螺距的關繫,製作瞭液晶染料可調諧激光器,在溫度23—35?C變化時,其髮射波長調諧範圍為618.90—594.76 nm,達到24.14 nm,在電壓0—9 V變化時,其髮射波長調諧範圍為617.40—608.11 nm,共9.29 nm.

Based on the fact that helical pitch and average refractive index of a cholesteric liquid crystal is electric-tunable and temperature-tunable, we have designed dye-doped cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) lasers. First, the effects of the concentration of chiral and the temperature on helical pitch are investigated. Next, we gain the relationship of tunable laser with temperature and electric field. When the temperature is changed from 23 to 35?C, the wavelength shift of the lasing peak vasies from 618.90 to 594.76 nm, nearly 24.14 nm in total;when the electric field is changed from 0 to 9 V, the wavelength shift of the lasing peak ehanges from 617.40 to 608.11 nm, nearly 9.29 nm in total.
