理论及工程实例分析指出,采用线性回归法外推高温金属持久强度和稳态蠕变寿命,如果对变量性质不加区分,任意采取回归方向,可能导致会较大误差,甚至会出现偏于不安全的结果.区分控制变量和预测变量,并对控制性变量方向作出回归,才是处理高温金属强度和寿命问题数据线性回归处理和分析的正确、合理的方法.

s: Analysis based on examples indicated that the results would be in error even unsafe if the direction of regression has not been considered distinctively or arbitrarily in the application of the regression method into the extrapolation and prediction of creep rupture life. It is just proper method to distinguish between control variables and prediction variables and make regression in the direction of control variables.
