由湘潭电机厂生产的SF33900型220t电动轮自卸卡车自投入生产以来,由于设备前仰角定位存在缺陷,出现了多次前仰角主销窜出转向节分开事故.通过对事故原因分析,设计出一套可从根本上解决卡车转向节主销窜出故障的改造方案.

SF33900 electrical wheel dump truck of 220 tons load capacity, produced by Xiangtan Motor Factory, has many breakdowns since operating. The breakdowns result from the defects of design and produce, which lead to the main pin of front angle of elevation coming out of steering knuckle. By analyzing the reasons of breakdown, I design a feasibly plan in order to solve such a problem. After transformation, the truck operates well and solves the problem thoroughly.
