在气化炉运行过程中因灰渣含量大,文丘里系统洗涤效果不理想,使得合成气将大量的灰渣带入后系统,后系统管道、阀门磨损严重,给装置的安全、稳定运行带来重大安全隐患.为了解决此问题,提出对气化炉合成气出口折流板进行技术改造,通过改造,使合成气灰渣含量降低,在一定程度上缓解文丘里系统洗涤的负担,降低对后系统的磨损.
在氣化爐運行過程中因灰渣含量大,文丘裏繫統洗滌效果不理想,使得閤成氣將大量的灰渣帶入後繫統,後繫統管道、閥門磨損嚴重,給裝置的安全、穩定運行帶來重大安全隱患.為瞭解決此問題,提齣對氣化爐閤成氣齣口摺流闆進行技術改造,通過改造,使閤成氣灰渣含量降低,在一定程度上緩解文丘裏繫統洗滌的負擔,降低對後繫統的磨損.

Because the ash content and the washing effect not ideal of Venturi system in the process of gasifier operation, synthesis gas bring large amount of ash into posterior system, which caused the pipeline and valve wear seriously of posterior system, which bring great hidden danger to safe and stable operation of device. To solve this problem, technical transformation is need to take on the baffle plate of gasifier syngas export, through the transformation, reduce the ash content of synthesis gas, alleviate the burden of Venturi scrubber system in a certain extent and reduce the wear of follow-up system.
