为了提高利用微型光谱仪测量光源色度参数的准确性,减少系统噪声对测量结果的影响,提出采用快速傅里叶变换的方法对微型光谱仪输出信号进行滤波,实现对系统噪声的抑制,获得比较准确的光谱数据.结果表明,对实验获得的微型光谱仪输出的信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到其频谱,并对其频谱进行滤波处理,能够很好地实现噪声平滑.相对传统的滤波方法,快速傅里叶变换有更好的滤波效果,具有实现方便,速度更快,平滑效果明显等特点.

Application of fast Fourier transform(FFT)in the output signal processing of micro?spectrometer can improve the accuracy of illuminant chromaticity parameters measured by micro?spectrometer and partly reduce the effect of noise on mea?surement result. FFT suppresses the system noise so as to acquire the accurate spectrum data. The experimental results show that frequency spectrum of the output signal of micro?spectrometer can be obtained by FFT and is filtered to smooth original sig?nal effectively. Compared with the traditional smoothing methods,FFT can improve the performance of micro?spectrometer much better,which has the characteristics of easy implementation,fast speed and good smoothing effects.
