针对杭州公共自行车系统(PBS)存在的“还车时无空车位”、“租车时又无车可借”,配送能力严重不足和运营亏损的难题,提出立足公共自行车系统现有资源,基于完备的信息服务、早/晚高峰硬/软时间窗的粗粒度调度求解 PBS 难题的解决方案.信息服务涉及在自行车租赁点和公交站台的信息终端、手机终端上展示周边的租赁点位置和租还车实时信息;调度配送从剖析自行车出行和租/还车规律切入,在此基础上结合公共自行车完备的信息服务,制定低成本的高效调度配送方法.

There are such problems as "no empty parking spaces while returning" and "no bicycle while renting a bicycle"in Hangzhou public bicycle system,and serious shortage of distribution capacity and operating loss of the problem. Here,the pa?per presents a PBS solution based on existing public bicycle system resources,comprehensive information service,morning/eve?ning rush hour and hard/soft time windows coarse?grained scheduling. Information services are involved with display of the rental station location and real?time rent/return information on the information terminals and mobile terminals of bicycle rental service stations and bus stations. Scheduling and distribution is studied from the analysis of bicycle travel and the law of rental /return bicycle,based on which this paper combines comprehensive public bicycle information services to develop low?cost,efficient scheduling and distribution methods.
