为了解决图像缝隙测量中缝隙边缘不易定位的问题,在此针对缝隙图像的特征,提出一种基于直方图阈值的改进算法对图像进行二值化处理.该方法首先确定缝隙主体的灰度区域,找到缝隙边缘灰度的位置,以此作为二值化处理的阈值,得到了清晰的缝隙图像,解决了缝隙边缘的定位问题.试验结果表明,改进的直方图阈值算法效果明显优于传统算法,提高了缝隙测量的准确度.

In order to overcome the difficulty in gap edge positioning in image gap mesurement,according to the features of gap images,an improved algorithm based on histogram threshold for image binarization processing is proposed in this paper. The main gap gray region is determined to find the location of the gap edge gray,which can be used as binarization processing threshold to obtain the clear gap image and solve the gap edge location problem. The experimental results show that the im?proved algorithm based on histogram threshold is significantly better than traditional algorithms,and can improve the gap mea?surement accuracy.
