In the field of digital communication,the HDB3 code is a code pattern,which is suitable for transmission in the the baseband signal transmission system and maintains the merits of AMI. In order to meet the needs of users and improve the working stability of communication systems,the inserting“V”module,inserting“B”module and“V”code polarity correction module were integrated in the application specific integrated circuit(ASIC)of HDB3 encoder. The simulation and hardware verifi?cation show that that it can eliminate the DC component and low?frequency component of transmission signals. Furthermore,the direct transmission and extraction of baseband signal can be realized in the baseband channel,and the timing signal can be ex?tracted well.
