我国高等教育对外交流与合作的发展经历了三个发展时期,实现了跨越式的发展.在取得一定成就的同时,依然面临着许多问题.在高等教育市场更加开放与融合的大发展时期,应该积极改善吸引人才的制度环境;完善跨境教育质量保障机制,增强对外交流的软实力;积极参与无边界高等教育,缩小区域与校际间差距;借鉴与引进国外优质高等教育资源,建立教育贸易服务机制.

China’s foreign communication and cooperation in higher education has gone through three development periods,which has a leaps and bounds development.In spite of achieved some success,in the same time,it still faces many problems. In the great period which is a more open market and integration,these things should be done:improving actively the institutional environment to attract talent;consummating cross-border education quality assurance mechanisms,and enhance the soft power of foreign communication;involving actively in borderless higher education,reducing regional and inter-school gap;referring and introducing high-quality higher education resources,establishing educational trade services mechanism.
