背景:传统的人工膝关节假体已成功在临床应用.有报道高屈曲后稳定型固定平台人工膝关节假体置换后有较高的高分子聚乙烯垫磨损,而高屈曲后稳定型旋转平台人工膝关节假体的设计能更好地解决这一问题.目的:回顾性分析高屈曲后稳定型旋转平台PFC sigma RPF人工膝关节假体全膝关节置换后的近期效果.方法:78例(113膝)行高屈曲后稳定型旋转平台PFC sigma RPF人工膝关节假体置换,采用骨水泥固定假体,髌骨不进行置换.随访3年,分别比较置换前、置换后膝关节活动度及特种外科医院膝关节功能评分.结果与结论:随访3年,膝关节活动度从置换前平均110.7°改善到置换后平均124°,特种外科医院膝关节功能评分从置换前平均54.2分改善到置换后平均95.4分,优良率达93.58%,各种并发症发生率低.提示高屈曲后稳定型旋转平台PFC sigma RPF人工膝关节假体的近期置换效果满意,置换后的持续疼痛是患者不满意的主要因素,长期效果还需进一步观察.

BACKGROUND:The traditional artificial knee prosthesis has been applied successful y in clinic. Some reports have reported that there is high molecular polyethylene pad wear after high-flexion rotating-platform posterior stabilized (PFC sigma RPF) artificial knee prosthesis replacement, and the design of PFC sigma RPF artificial knee prosthesis can solve the problem effectively. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the recent clinical curative effect after PFC sigma RPF artificial knee prosthesis total knee arthroplasty. METHODS:Seventy-eighty patients (113 knees) were treated with PFC sigma RPF artificial knee prosthesis artificial knee prosthesis replacement, the prosthesis was fixed with bone cement and the patel a was not treated with replacement. Al the patients were fol owed-up for 3 years. The difference of range of motion and hospital for special knee surgery score before and after replacement were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After 3-year fol ow-up, the range of motion was improved from average 110.7° preoperatively to 124° postoperatively. The mean hospital for special knee surgery score was improved from 54.2 scores preoperatively to 95.4 scores postoperatively. The excel ent-good rate was 93.58%. The incidence rate of al kinds of complications was low. The recent clinical curative effect of PFC sigma RPF artificial knee prosthesis replacement is satisfactory. Persistent pain is an important cause of dissatisfaction after total knee arthroplasty. The long-term clinical curative effect stil needs further observation.
