In recent years, because our country market econo-my leap, the construction industry has been rising, construction volume is increasing year by year, which makes the constructi-on market there is a mingling of good and bad. Control of con-struction units must strengthen the construction quality, to ens-ure that housing construction wil not appear quality problem. This paper discusses the real control problems of construction quality, puts forward some suggestions about how to strengthe-n the means of management of construction project quality co-ntrol.
