背景:随着根管治疗的医学基础研究、根管预备器械和方法以及修复技术的进步,根管治疗在国内的应用越来越广泛,成功率也越来越高,随之而来根管充填材料的应用方法也在逐渐改进,可供选择的种类也越来越多. 目的:探讨口腔根管充填材料的应用比较及评价. 方法:检索根管充填材料相关的研究文献,检索词为“根管治疗(root canal therapy);根管(root canal);充填材料(fil ing materials);牙髓病(endodontics);根尖周病(periadical disease);牙胶尖(gutta-percha points);银尖(silver cones);塑料尖(plastic points);糊剂(paste);氧化锌丁香油(zinc oxide eugenol, ZOE);氢氧化钙(calcium hydroxide);FR酚醛树脂(FR phenolic resin);碘仿(iodoform)”,语言分别设定为中文和英文.从固体类、糊剂类、液体类材料3方面进行总结,对口腔根管充填材料进行深入探讨分析. 结果与结论:根管治疗是临床治疗各型牙髓炎、根尖周炎常用而有效的方法,而根管充填材料的性能好坏在治疗成败起着决定的作用.因此,根管充填材料的选择对根管治疗的成败有很大影响.根管充填材料种类繁多,有固体的牙胶尖,液体的酚醛树脂,有传统的糊剂,如氧化锌丁香酚类、碘仿类等.与之相比较,新型的根管充填材料的各种性能和效果需要深入的研究.

BACKGROUND:With the development of basic research of root canal therapy, root canal preparation instruments and methods as wel as repair, root canal therapy is widely used in the world, and at the same time there is a higher success rate. Then the method of root canal fil ing material application is gradual y improving, and more and more types that can be chosen. @@@@OBJECTIVE:To explore the application of root canal fil ing materials. @@@@METHODS:A computer online retrieval was performed to search papers regarding the evaluation of root canal fil ing materials, using key words of“root canal therapy, root canal, fitting materials, endodontics, periadical disease, gutta-percha points, silver cones, plastic points, paste, zinc oxide eugenol, calcium hydroxide, FR phenolic resin, iodoform”in both Chinese and English. According to inclusion criteria, solid, paste, and liquid materials were summarized to further analyze the root canal fil ing materials. @@@@RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Root canal therapy is a clinical common and effective method for endodontitis and periapical periodontitis, and the performance of root canal fil ing materials plays a decisive role in the treatment. Therefore, the choice of root canal fil ing materials has a great impact on the root canal treatment. There are various root canal fil ing materials, including gutta percha, phenolic resin, traditional paste clove phenols, such as zinc oxide, iodoform, antibiotics. In comparison, the new root fil ing materials need to be studied further.
