采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水(含0.1%乙酸,体积比为58∶42)为流动相,使用CNW Athena–WP C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在251 nm波长下对异酰草胺进行定量分析.结果表明,异酰草胺线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.31,变异系数为0.32%,平均回收率为99.85%.

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of isoxaben by HPLC with acetonitrile and water (containing 0.1%acetic acid, volume ratio of 58∶42) as mobile phase, CNW Athena–WP C18 column and DAD at 251 nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.31, the variation coefficient was 0.32%, and the average recovery was 99.85%.
