采用气相色谱法分析5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂,选用 HP-5气相色谱柱和 FID,磷酸三苯酯为内标物,以内标法对有效成分进行分析和定量.高效氯氟氰菊酯与内标物的色谱峰能够很好分离,且保留时间适宜,方法的相关系数为0.9990,标准偏差为0.0907,变异系数为1.80%,平均回收率为99.25%.
採用氣相色譜法分析5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳劑,選用 HP-5氣相色譜柱和 FID,燐痠三苯酯為內標物,以內標法對有效成分進行分析和定量.高效氯氟氰菊酯與內標物的色譜峰能夠很好分離,且保留時間適宜,方法的相關繫數為0.9990,標準偏差為0.0907,變異繫數為1.80%,平均迴收率為99.25%.

A method was developed for determination of lambda-cyhalothrin 5%EW by gas chromatography on HP-5 column with FID, and triphenyl phosphate was selected as an internal standard. The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of lambda-cyhalothrin and internal standard could be completely separated, the retention times were suitable, and the correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method were 0.999 0, 0.090 7, 1.80%and 99.25%, respectively.
