Basing on pragmatic theory, interlanguage pragmatic research is an emerging field, an interdiscipline of second language acquisition theory and cross-cultural pragmatics development. It is a transitional language between the mother tongue and the target language form of language learners in the learning process. This paper reviews the interlanguage with theories, background, and its main features as well as status of its research, development;research and trends. Learning interlanguage pragmatics can help second language acquisition eventually master a second language.
