目的:总结血液净化治疗25例重症有机磷农药中毒的疗效与护理.方法:在常规治疗的基础上应用血液净化抢救重症有机磷农药中毒患者25人(治疗组),并选同期常规治疗的重症有机磷农药中毒患者24人为对照组.对比两组患者的治愈率+好转率、阿托品总用量、中间综合症发病率、呼吸支持比例、平均住院日.结果:治疗组的治愈率+好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05差异显著).两组患者在阿托品总用量、呼吸支持比率、中间综合症发病率、平均住院日上无显著差异.结论:建立良好的血管通路,保持体外循环通畅,严密观察生命体征是血液净化治疗成功的保证.血液净化治疗重症有机磷农药中毒是一种安全、有效的治疗方式,其能提高患者的治愈率.

Objective:To summarize the blood purification treatment in 25 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning curative effect and nursing care. Methods:conventional treatment based on the application of blood purification in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning 25 patients (treatment group), and selected from conventional treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in 24 patients as control group. Comparison of the two groups of the cure rate and recovery rate, the total dosage of atropine, intermediate syndrome incidence,respiratory support ratio, average hospitalization days.Results:the cure rate and the improvement rate was higher than that of control group( P<0.05 P ). Two groups of patients in the total dosage of atropine, respiratory support ratio, intermediate syndrome morbidity, no significant difference of average hospitalization days. Conclusion:establish a good vascular access, maintain cardiopulmonary bypass patency, close observation of vital signs in blood purification therapy is a guarantee of success. Blood purification in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is a safe, effective treatment modality, which can improve the cure rate of the disease.
