目的:探讨对住院患者应用人性化护理的效果.方法:通过对2011年1月—12月份妇科病房收治的子宫肌瘤手术患者240例,随机分成责任1组和责任2组各120例,责任Ⅰ组实施人性化护理,作为实验组;责任Ⅱ组实施妇科常规护理,作为对照组,比较两组患者在住院期间护士、患者满意度调查和患者恢复等情况.结果:实验组实施人性化护理的患者对护理技能、护理服务态度满意度均高于对照组.结论:对住院患者实施人性化护理有利于患者康复,利于优质护理服务工作的顺利进展.

Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing care for hospitalized patients. Methods based on January - December 2011 gynaecological ward from 240 patients with myoma of uterus operation were randomly divided into 1 groups, responsibility and responsibility in 2 groups of 120 patients each, carry out humanistic nursing responsibility group, as the experiment group; group Ⅱimplementation responsibility routine gynecological care, as the control group, to compare the two groups of patients in the hospital nurses survey of patient satisfaction and patient recovery, etc. Results: the experimental group for implementing the humanized nursing care to the patients on nursing skill, nursing service satisfaction were higher than those in control group.
