结合现场安装实例对四辊轧机(这里指中厚板轧机和宽带轧机)机架精加工完成后,在机架立装时窗口产生的变形问题(即“缩腰问题”)进行分析.主要探讨底板对机架支持力产生的弯矩和入、出口工作辊道辊道架在机架立柱上的作用力对机架窗口的影响.

Based on the experiences of shop assembly of 4-H steel mills ( refers to plate mill and wide strip mill herein) , the article studies the deformation of the windows (i.e. waisting ) when the finish-machined housings are erected and focus on the effect on the housing windows of both the bending moment of force that is produced by the bed plates on housings and the force that is executed by the entry and exit roller table frames on the housing posts.
