制造商与专业污水处理商关于污水处理的决策动机是污水处理产业化研究的关键问题.在排污权交易条件下,考虑专业污水处理厂商参与排污权交易,使制造商与专业污水处理商就污水处理业务,建立起供应链关系.运用对策分析方法研究了制造商在一定环境下,关于污水处理外包决策随着排污权交易价格变化的规律,并得出分散系统下,制造商选择污水处理全部外包策略时,供应链整体的最大期望收益小于一体化模式下供应链的最大期望收益.进而研究了供应链协调契约的存在性.论文结论对建立排污权交易条件下的污水处理供应链模式,进而促进污水处理产业化具有应用价值.

The decision-making motive of manufacturers and suppliers of professional treatment a key issue about sewage treatment.This paper considers the professional treatment manufacturers to participate in emissions trading under the condition of the emissions trading which establish the supply chain between the manufacturers and the providers of professional sewage treatment .By using the strategy analysis method , under the certain conditions this study analyzes the difference of the outsourcing decisions on the treatment price fluctuating .This study also concludes that the expected return of the supply chain on the strategy when manufacturers choose to outsource the sewage treatments, is less than the expected return on the integration supply chain strategy .Also, this research documents the existence of the supply chain .The conclusions of this paper contribute to the establishment of e -missions trading under the conditions of wastewater treatment supply chain and are applicable to the industialiga -tion of the sewage treatment.
