为了对跨国公司在华投资产业的产业安全进行适时预警,减少产业安全被威胁或受到产业损害的可能性,构建跨国公司在华投资产业安全预警指标体系,在此基础上,构建跨国公司在华投资产业安全预警模型,并以高技术产业为研究对象,对已构建的跨国公司在华投资产业安全预警模型进行实证分析,最后得出实证结论,以期为预警跨国公司在华投资产业安全提供借鉴.
