目的探讨连续血液净化(CAVA)或(CVVH)对严重电解质紊乱的治疗效果.方法收集34例严重电解质紊乱患者,根据患者病情需要调整置换液中的电解质浓度,观察治疗前后电解质浓度变化.结果治疗前后比较,患者治疗前后电解质紊乱均得到有效的纠正或明显好转,P﹤0.05认为显著差异有统计学意义.结论是连续血液净化不失一种治疗电解质紊乱有效,安全的治疗措施.

Objective : To investigate the continuous blood purification (CAVA) or (CVVH) on the treatment effect of severe electrolyte disorder.
