目的探讨 c-kit 基因在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中的突变状况.方法用 PCR 扩增和直接测序的方法,检测50例 GIST 中 c-kit 基因11号外显子突变.结果50例 GIST 中 c-kit 基因突变率为54.0%.不同侵袭危险组、部位、年龄组、性别、组织学分型、有无坏死及是否浸润至邻近器官等之间比较 c-kit 基因突变率均无显著性差异(P >0.05).结论 c-kit 基因突变参与了部分 GIST 的发生.

목적탐토 c-kit 기인재위장도간질류(GIST)중적돌변상황.방법용 PCR 확증화직접측서적방법,검측50례 GIST 중 c-kit 기인11호외현자돌변.결과50례 GIST 중 c-kit 기인돌변솔위54.0%.불동침습위험조、부위、년령조、성별、조직학분형、유무배사급시부침윤지린근기관등지간비교 c-kit 기인돌변솔균무현저성차이(P >0.05).결론 c-kit 기인돌변삼여료부분 GIST 적발생.
Objective To explore the status of activating mutations of c-kit in GIST. Methods Fifty GIST were evaluated for the presence ofc-kit 11 mutation. The PCR products were sequenced directly for mutations. Results c-kit mutations were identified in 54.0% of GIST. The aggressive risk,location of tumor,age,sex,cel type ,tumor size,mitoses,tumor necrosis or not and invasion were not related to the mutation of c-kit gene.(P ﹥ 0.05).Conclusion The mutations of c-kit gene contribute partly to the development of GIST.
