目的探讨三关节融合治疗成人先天性马蹄内翻足的临床疗效.方法2001年3月~2011年9月,应用三关节融合治疗成人先天性马蹄内翻足患者10例(13足),男6例(8足),女4例(5足);年龄23~48岁,平均36岁;左足7例,右足6例,双足3例.根据 Dimeglio 畸形分级:II 级9足,IV 级4足.结果10例患者均获得随访,随访时间8个月~4年,平均26个月,畸形矫正满意,未见复发,足负重行走功能良好.根据秦泗河等疗效评定标准:优7足,良4足,可2足,优良率84.6%.结论施行三关节融合术是成人先天性马蹄内翻足畸形的一种有效治疗方法.

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical results of using triple arthodesis therapy of adult talipes equinovarus.[Methods]From March 2001 to September 2011,10 patients (13 feet) were corrected with this method,which involved 6 males (8 feet) and 4 females (5 feet),whose average age was 36 years old (ranged from 23 ~ 48years).The left foot was afflicted in 7 patients,and the right foot in 6,both side in 3.According to the Dimeglio classification,there were nine feet with typeII and four feet typeIV.[Results]Al patients were folowed up for an average of 26 months (ranged from 8 months to 4 years).There was not recurrence of the deformity and feet function was good while walking on ful weight-bearing.The excelent and good rates for the treatment accounted for 84.6% according to Qin Si-he evaluation standard of clinical efficacy.[Conclusion]Triple arthodesis is an effective treatment in the case of adult talipes equinovarus deformity.
