目的探讨凝结芽孢杆菌片治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效.方法将2011年1月至2011年12月在蓬安县人民医院儿科收治的80例湿疹患儿随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组40例,外用药物同时给予凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片口服,1-2片/次,3次/d,疗程28d;对照组40例,单外用药物治疗.观察疗效和副反应.结果观察组在皮损100%消退时间和全部合并症状消失时间上均短于对照组(P ﹤0.01).观察组总有效率为97.4%,与对照组(75.0%)比较差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01).观察组治疗结束6个月后复发率为18.4%,对照组复发率为66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01).观察组未见副反应.结论凝吉芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著,并可预防湿疹复发.

objective: to explore the clinical effect of Bacilus coagulans tablets in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods: from January 2011 to December 2011 in Pengan County people's Hospital Pediatric admitted 80 patients were randomly assigned to observation and control groups of children with eczema. Observation on recurrence rate of group treatment for 6 months after the end of 18.4%, 66.7% recurrence rate of the control group, differences are statisticaly significant (p ﹤ 0.01). Observer Group did not see side-effects. Conclusion: living bacteria Bacilus Kat coagulation effect of infant eczema treated significantly, and preventing relapse of eczema.
