目的观察来曲唑治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法将56例确诊为子宫肌瘤患者进行药物治疗,口服来曲唑2.5mg,每天一次,连续12周.在用药前后 B 超检测子宫及肌瘤大小,实验室查血常规及血激素,观察用药前后月经变化.结果子宫及肌瘤体积明显缩小(P <0.05),服药期间及停药后月经量明显减少(P <0.05),贫血程度得到改善,来曲唑不良反应轻微,无明显围绝经期症状,不影响肝肾功能.结论用来曲唑治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,副反应小,是一种理想的药物治疗方法

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Letrozole on the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods: 56 cases diagnosed of hysteromyoma were prescribed with Letrozolea, 2.5mg per day for 12 weeks. The diameters of uterus and hysteromyoma were measured by ultrasound before and after treatment. The blood count, hormones were evaluated; the volume of menstruation were observed.Results: the urterus and uterine myoma were both much smaler;the volume of menstruation was obviously decreased. Anemia was improved; Few side effects, no menopause symptoms. Hepatic function and renal function were normal.Conclusion: Letrozole is effective on the treatment of hysteromyoma with few side effects.
