目的了解上海市部分重症手足口病患儿的肠道病毒感染的基因型别分布特征.方法用荧光 PCR 技术检测肠道病毒 EV71,CoxA16基因,同时收集流行病学资料,用 SPSS 进行统计分析.结果319例疑似重症手足口病患儿的病原为 EV71病毒和 CoxA16病毒,不同年龄患儿的患病比例不同,1岁以下患儿患病率最高;但不同性别患儿的病原分布并无差异.结论上海地区手足口病疑似重症患儿以肠道病毒 EV71型为优势基因型.

Objective To investigate the genotype distribution of hand-foot-mouse disease. Methods Samples of throat swab and stools from chilidren patients in Shanghai pediatric hospital were colected for dectecting gene of EV71 and CoxA16. SPSS software was used for data. Results EV71 was the domaint genotype among children patients withhand-foot-mouse disease, CoxA16 was the second. The proption of children patients was different, with the highest rate in those less than 1 years old. But the diffrence showed no signifance between male and femal children patients. Conclusion EV71 was the domaint genotype in Shanghai.
