[Abtract] This article summarized the nursing care of artificial liver in treatment of 145 cases of hepatic failure. We presumed that the key point of nursing care is to focus on the psychological,establish effective vascular access,closingly observe the changes of vascular access and the pressure indicator,pay attention to changes in vital signs, promptly deal with the adverse reactions in the treatment and prevent complications.
