目的探讨开展特色护理在关爱护理中的效果.方法结合科室实际情况制定了规范性服务用语特色护理,内容包括规范性日常服务用语和操作服务用语,加强对本科室护理人员在规范性服务用语方面的培训,对出院病人或家属发放《护理工作满意度调查表》,并比较开展规范性服务用语特色护理前后病人对护士服务态度和操作服务的满意率情况.结果开展规范性服务用语特色护理后,住院病人对护士服务态度、护理操作满意率均高于开展前,经统计学处理, P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论开展规范性服务用语特色护理提高了护士的沟通能力,进一步提高了病人满意度,更好地为患者提供了关爱服务.

objective to explore the effect to develop characteristic nursing in the nursing care. methods combining actual conditions to develop the normative nursing service term characteristics, the content including normative daily service term and operation service terms,strengthen the nursing staff of this department in the normative service language training, and to discharge "nursing job satisfaction questionnaire" to the patient or family member issue, and compare to develop characteristic nursing before and after the nurse service attitude and operation service satisfaction rate condition. results in normative nursing service term characteristics, hospital patients to nurse service attitude, nursing operation satisfaction rate are higher than before the open, after statistics processing, P < 0.05, difference have statistical significance. conclusion the normative nursing service term characteristics improve the nurses ability to communicate, and to further improve the patient satisfaction, better for patients with the care service.
