目的观察两种肠道清洁方法对结肠镜检查肠道准备的效果.方法将600例需行肠镜检查患者随机分成 a、b 两组,a 组为福松(聚乙二醇4000散)40g 加30g 硫酸镁粉剂组,b 组为辉灵(磷酸钠盐口服液)组.根据两组病例在结肠镜检查中肠道的清洁程度进行效果评价.结果福松+硫酸镁组肠道清洁率98%,肠道清洁范围Ⅲ度7.3%,Ⅳ度89.7%,不良反应7%;辉灵肠道清洁有效率95.6%,肠道清洁范围Ⅲ度12%,Ⅳ度83.7%不良反应17%.结论福松+硫酸镁组肠道清洁效果及清洁范围与辉灵组无显著差异(p >0.05),不良反应有显著差异(p<0.05).福松+硫酸镁组价格便宜,不良反应少,病员依从性好,可在临床推广应用.

objective: observation of two kinds of intestinal cleaning method effectiveness of colonoscopy bowel preparation. To: 600 patients with colonoscopy required rows randomly divided them into two groups a, b, a group of forlax (4,000 powder with polyethylene glycol) 40g increase 30g magnesium sulphate powder group, b group for Hui Ling (sodium phosphate oral solution) group. According to the two groups of cases in the colonoscopy examination of intestinal cleanliness evaluation. Results: forlax + magnesium sulfate group rates of intestinal cleaning 98%, intestinal cleaning range third-degree 7.3%, IV-89.7%, 7% adverse reactions; Hui-ling intestinal cleaning efficient 95.6%, – 12% intestinal cleaning area, IV 17%-83.7% adverse reactions. Conclusion: intestinal cleaning efficiency and cleaning area forlax + magnesium sulfate group and Hui-Ling group was not significantly different (p>0.05), significant differences in adverse reactions (p<0.05). Forlax + magnesium sulfate group is cheap, less adverse reactions, patient compliance, and clinical application.
