为探讨较好的心理承受能力和生存质量,本文阐述了妇科恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态及影响因素.妇科恶性肿瘤包括卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、绒癌、恶性葡萄胎等,主要治疗手段是手术根治,患者除了具有一般肿瘤病人共有的,还具有特殊性子宫及卵巢,手术触及生殖系统,因此,她们更加担心今后的家庭生活,对性的问题也十分敏感,在临床护理工作中发现病人的心理状态对病人手术后的恢复及巩固疗效影响很大,为了进一步了解恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态,设法巩固手术成果,预防复发,我们在护理工作中加强了对患者的心理护理.

In order to explore better mental capacity and survival quality, this paper discusses the psychological state of patients with gynecological malignant tumor and its influencing factors.Gynecological malignant tumors including ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, malignant mole choriocarcinoma, and so on, the main treatment method is for operation, the gynecological malignant tumor patients have general tumor patient in common, because patients having particularity uterus and ovary, operation reached the reproductive system, therefore, they are more worried about the future family life, and they are very sensitive with sex, during the clinical nursing work the author found that the patient's mental state has a great influence on the recovery of after operation and strengthen curative effect, in order to further study the malignant tumor patient 's mental state, and consolidate the operation results, relapse prevention, We strengthen the patient's psychological nursing in the nursing work.
