目的探讨吻合器联合全直肠系膜切除(TME)在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用和临床价值.方法对2009年到2011年64例低位直肠癌保肛患者的临床资料进行分析.结果除5例中转行Miles术外,其余59例均一期吻合成功,术后吻合口瘘1例,无泌尿功能障碍,吻合口狭窄1例,肿瘤局部复发4例.结论应用吻合器联合全直肠系膜切除(TME)技术是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法.

Objectives To explore the role of stapling procedure combined total mesorectal excision (TME) technology for the anus preservation operation of low rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective study was used to analyse the experience of. Stapling procedure and total mesorectal excision for the anus preservation operation of rlow rectal cancer from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital. Results In addition to five cases in the switch of Miles operation,the remaining 59 cases were operated successfuly. complications included anastomotic fistula in 1 case, anastomotic stricture in 1 case,local recurrence in 4 cases.Conclusion Stapling procedure combined total mesorectal excision (TME) technology is an effective method for low rectal cancer
