目的探讨伤筋擦剂联和透明质酸钠联合运用对膝骨关节炎的临床治疗效果.方法选择我院2008年3月-2012年3月收治的膝骨关节炎的患者166例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各83例.治疗组使用伤筋擦剂联合透明质酸钠对患者进行治疗;对照组使用透明质酸钠对患者行膝关节上外侧注射.对比两组的临床疗效.结果治疗组总有效76例,占该组的91.57%;对照组为总有效65例,占该组的78.31%,两组临床疗效相比(X2=5.70,P<0.05),结果具有统计学差异.结论对膝骨关节炎的患者使用伤筋擦剂联合透明质酸钠进行膝关节腔内注射,能有效的提高患者的临床疗效.

Objective:To explore wound bar liniment and sodium hyaluronate combined use of knee osteoarthritis clinical therapeutic effect. Methods: Our choice in March 2008 -March 2012 patients of knee osteoarthritis patients in 166 cases, divided into treatment group and control group, each group of each 83 cases. Conclusions: For knee osteoarthritis patients with wound bar liniment joint sodium hyaluronate for knee joint cavity injection, can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of the patients.
