糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,也是糖尿病患者致残与死亡的重要因素之一.DN 发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全清楚,其中涉及遗传、糖脂代谢紊乱、血流动力学改变,及由此所致的非酶糖基化、多元醇通路激活、炎症因子和细胞因子的释放等多个因素的相互作用.本文简述了 DN 发病机制的研究进展.

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the main complication of diabetes and a major cause of death at the end-stage renal disease,its incidence is increasing year by year.Yet, the pathogenic mechanisms underlying the development of DN are not completely clear,with multiple factors involved such as the genetic susceptibility、 glycometabolism and lipid metabolism disorders,hemodynamic changes,and aldose reductase pathway activation,alterations in vasoactive substances and cytokines and,etc..The interaction of the above al kinds of factors involved in the patho-genesis of DN,and the recent research progress of DN pathogenesis are to be reviewed.
