目的建立参芪二甲丸中黄芪甲苷的 HPLC-ELSD 测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD),色谱柱为 Agilent-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(30∶70),柱温35℃,流速1.6L?min-1.结果测定了四批参芪二甲丸中黄芪甲苷的含量,建立了该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,专属性强,可作为参芪二甲丸的质量控制方法.

OBJECTIVE To build up a method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in shenqierjia capsules by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis with Agilent-C18 chromatography column (4.6 mm×150mm, 5μm) and acetonitrile-water (30:70) as a mobile phase. The column temperature was set to 35℃ .The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.6L?min-1.RESULTS Determining astragaloside Ⅳ in four groups of shenqierjia capsules, then develop a method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in sample. CONCLUSION This method is simple、rapid、reproducible and can be regarded as the quality control method of shenqierjia capsules.
