目的:建立芦根枇杷叶颗粒中橙皮苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用 HPLC 法,C18柱,以甲醇-醋酸-水(23:4:73)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为283nm.结果:橙皮苷在40.16μg/ml ~321.28μg/ml 范围内线性良好,r =1.0000,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD 为0.5%.结论:此法准确、快速、精密度好,可作为该产品的主要质量控制方法.

Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the content of in Lugen Pipaye Keli.Methods: HPLC method was carried out through C18 column, using methanol-acetic acid - water(23:4:73)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min with detective wavelength of 283 nm. Results :The calibration curve of hesperidin content was linear within the range of 40.16μg /ml ~ 321.28μg /ml ( r =1.0000 ) , the average recovery of hesperidin was 98.3% , RSD was0.5%. Conclusion :The method is simple, fast and accurate, it can increase the quality control index of Lugen Pipaye Keli.
