目的研究分析眼科门诊应用现代护理观念采用优质护理服务实施健康教育的方式和疗效,并得出体会.方法对2010年1月-2011年12月期间在我院眼科门诊接受治疗的400例眼科患者进行临床和护理资料的回顾性分析,将400例患者按照来院先后顺序随机分为两组,对照组200例,采用常规健康教育方式,观察组200例采用现代护理观念实施健康教育,比较两组患者治疗后的满意度.结果观察组患者在治疗效果、生活质量和满意度方面明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论在眼科门诊诊疗全程中应用现代护理观采用优质护理服务实施健康教育,能够提高患者治疗效果和满意度,值得临床广泛推广.

Objective: To analyze the methods and effect of modern nursing concept carrying out health education in ophthalmology outpatient room. Methods: Choosed data clinical data of 400 patients from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011, to divide in to study group and controled group with 200 cases in each other. Study group were treated with modern nursing concept of health education, controled group were treated with rutine nursing of health education. Compared patients' satisfaction of these two groups. Results: The clinical effect, life quality and satisfaction of study group was better than controled group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modern nursing concept of carrying out health education in ophthalmology outpatient room could improve patients' satisfaction and clinical effect to extend in clinical.
