建立高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺质量分数的不确定度评价方法,采用GB/T 22388-2008《原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法》中第一法高效液相色谱法测定法进行测定乳制品中三聚氰胺质量分数.根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立数学模型,通过对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐项分析与评定,评估其不确定度,得出了高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺质量分数的不确定度结果.结果表明,按数学模型计算出乳制品中三聚氰胺质量分数为3.07mg/Kg,扩展不确定度为0.22 mg/Kg.
