目的调查终末期肾病维持中心血液透析患者的生活质量及影响因素,为改善其生活质量提供有效措施.方法对我院维持血液透析治疗6月以上的患者,通过门诊随诊采访、问卷调查等方式,回顾性调查入选病人现阶段的生活质量(KDQOL-SF).结果完成病例调查110人,其生活质量SF-36各项指标显著低于一般人群,差异有统计学意义.影响因素有患者的年龄、费用支付方式、患病后家庭收入以及并发症个数等.结论维持性血液透析患者生活质量显著下降,积极防治其并发症、进一步减轻患者经济负担、增加其家庭收入对改善生活质量有重要意义.

Objective:To investigate the quality of life (QoL) and influencing factors of patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis (HD) and provide utility measure to improve the QoL of HD patients.Method:Patients staying on HD for at least 6 months were reviewed about QoL by refering the medical records and answering questionnaire.QoL was evaluated by using KDQOL-SF questionnaire. Results:110 HD patients were investigated. The scores of al the scales of SF-36 in the hemodialysis patients were significantly lower than those in general population,the differences had statistical significance.The risk factors affecting the QoL of maintenance hemodialysis patients included age, mode of medical payment, income level and clinical complications, etc.Conclusion:The QoL of hemodialysis patients is impaired obviously. It’s important that prevente clinical complications, reduce the economic burden, increase the income level for improving the QoL of HD patients.
