目的结合临床手术及病理证实,比较几种腹外疝的声像图表现,探讨超声诊断腹外疝的临床价值.方法应用高、低频超声探头及彩色多普勒显像技术对28例腹壁、腹股沟、阴囊肿物患者进行扫查,分析肿物的超声表现.结果腹股沟疝(斜疝、直疝)23例,股疝1例,腹壁疝3例,切口疝1例,诊断符合率100%.结论彩色多普勒超声在腹外疝诊断中有极高的临床价值.
목적결합림상수술급병리증실,비교궤충복외산적성상도표현,탐토초성진단복외산적림상개치.방법응용고、저빈초성탐두급채색다보륵현상기술대28례복벽、복고구、음낭종물환자진행소사,분석종물적초성표현.결과복고구산(사산、직산)23례,고산1례,복벽산3례,절구산1례,진단부합솔100%.결론채색다보륵초성재복외산진단중유겁고적림상개치.
Objective Combining with the clinical operation and pathology,To explore the clinical value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Abdominal External Hernia by Comparing with the Ultrasound image of several abdominal external hernia. Methods 28 patients with masses at Inguinal region、Abdominal wal or in scrotum were involved in the study.To analyze the Ultrasound image by high/low-frequency transducer and Color Doppler imaging. Result Of the 28 patients,23,1,3 and 1 cases were diagnosed as inguinal hernia,femoral hernia,abdominal wal hernia and incisional hernia.The diagnostic accuracy of Ultrasonography is 100%.Conclusion It is effective to diagnosis Abdominal External Hernia with Color Doppler Ultrasonography.
