目的观察带锁髓内钉与加压钢板内固定方法治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效.方法选择肱骨干骨折患者43例,随机分为带锁髓内钉组22例,加压钢板组21例.观察骨折愈合时间及术后肩关节功能(Neer评分)情况.结果术后随访时间为12个月-36个月.骨折临床愈合时间:加压钢板组9-30周,带锁髓内钉组8-28周;术后肩关节功能评分(Neer评分)髓内钉组优18例,良4例;加压钢板组优19例,良2例.结论对于需要手术治疗的肱骨干骨折,正确掌握手术的指征,带锁髓内钉和加压钢板固定都能使骨折稳定以达到最终愈合.

Objective To compare the clinical results for interlocking intramedulary nails and compression plates used in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods A total of 43 patients were included, 22 in the interlocking intramedulary nail group and 21 in the compression plate group,the primary endpoint was fracture union time and the total score of Neer. Results The folow-up time was 12-36 months after surgery. The fracture union time: 9-30 weeks in compression plate group, 8-28 weeks in interlocking intramedulary nail group. The function of shoulder were based on Neer grade standard:18 patients were excelent and 4 patients were good in interlocking intramedulary nail group, 19 patients were excelent and 2 patients were good in compression plate group. Conclusion For patients who need surgery to treat humeral shaft fracture, the doctor needs to correctly grasp the indication of surgery, both interlocking intramedulary nailing and compression plating provide predictable methods for achieving fracture stabilization and ultimate healing.
