目的知识教育与素质培养相结合的原则,建立全方面的心理健康教育模式.方法采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对某医学院校2011级1580名学生进行调查.结果在1582名被试者中在具体的10个因子中,躯体化5人,占0.32%;强迫78人,占4.93%;人际关系敏感81人,占5.12%;抑郁18人,占1.14%;焦虑13人,占O.82%;敌对23人,占1.45%;恐怖10人,占0.63%;偏执23人,占1.39%;精神病性2人,占0.13%.结论医学院校生心理问题具有一定特殊性,10个因子调查结果得出,心理问题表现在:疑病症倾向、学习负担过重,很容易产生消极人生观等心理问题的产生与所学专业有一定的关系.针对医学生心理问题的特点,应遵循:知识传授与问题解决相结合;课堂教学与课外咨询相结合;健康教育与人文教育相结合起来,加强心理健康教育,提高医学生心理健康水平.

Objective : knowledge education and quality training of the principle of combining, establish the model of mental health education. Methods: the University Personality Inventory ( UPI ) of a medical colege 2011 class of 1580 students. Results: in 1582 subjects in 10 specific factors, somatization 5 people, accounting for 0.32%; forced 78 people, accounting for 4.93%; interpersonal sensitivity of 81 people, accounting for 5.12%; depression 18 people, accounting for 1.14%; anxiety 13 people, accounting for O.82%; hostile 23 people, accounting for 1.45%; 10 of terror person, account for 0.63%; paranoid 23 people, accounting for 1.39%; psychotic 2 people, accounting for 0.13%. Conclusion: the medical colege students' psychological problems has certain particularity, 10 factor investigation results, the psychological problem is shown in: Hypochondriasis tendency, the study burden, easy to have a negative outlook on life and psychological problems and the specialty has a certain relationship. In view of the medical students' psychological problems characteristics should folow: knowledge and problem solving combination; combining classroom teaching and extra-curricular counseling; health education and the humanities education together, strengthen psychological health education, improve the medical students' psychological health level.
