目的探讨益肾通肺汤治治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效.方法60例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予氧疗、抗炎、平喘、解痉、止咳化痰等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益肾通肺汤治疗,比较2组治疗后的临床疗效.结果治疗组总有效率与对照组相比差异有显著性,P<O.05.结论常规治疗配合益肾通肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病效果优于单纯常规治疗.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishentongfei decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 30cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group was given conventional therapy,such as oxygen therapy, anti-inflammatory, preventing asthma, Spasmolysis, relieving cough, and so on. and the treatment group based on the control group was added with the Yishentongfei decoction.The clinical effect in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rates of treatment group was significant higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with Yishentongfei decoction was significantly better than the group of conventional therapy with the clinic treatment effectiveness.
